What to include, so the first reply is useful.

You do not need all of this to get in touch. But the more of it that arrives in the first message, the more likely my first reply is an actual estimate rather than a list of questions.

— Useful in a first message
  • Where the building is, and roughly when it hands over
  • What the images are for — press, awards, your own site, a client report
  • Approximate number of finished images, and whether interiors are included
  • Whether aerials are wanted, so permissions can be checked early
  • Any deadline you are working to
