After the shoot, photographs pass from hand to hand — the architect selects, the owner confirms, the editor receives. When one of those hands is abroad, each pass has meant translating a Japanese screen, forwarding it, and waiting. Both screens — proofing and delivery — are the studio's own, built and maintained in ten languages. The URL and password can be passed on exactly as they are.
Proofing — Selection
This is where the day's frames are reviewed online. Behind a password, the images are laid out in full. Each one is marked Select or Pass; anything to be adjusted is written in the note beneath it; and where a ratio is already decided, the crop can be dragged directly onto the photograph. A single “Complete and send” brings the selection and every instruction to me together.
Nothing is re-attached, nothing is transcribed. Each instruction stays bound to the frame it belongs to — which, more than anything else here, is what removes the extra rounds.

Your crop is taken as a request. In the final delivery I refine the framing with a photographer's eye and propose the most beautiful composition.
This line appears on the screen itself. Crops are welcomed; the final frame is still returned as a photograph, composed with care.
Delivery — Handover
Finished photographs are handed over through a delivery page built on the same thinking — not the bare list of a file-transfer service, but a page that keeps the same quiet as the rest of this site. All the recipient needs is a URL and a password: no account, no software.
Individual files, an index PDF of every frame, or the complete set as a single archive. A publication can be discussed from the index alone; a press submission can take only the frames it needs.

Photo data is kept in a directory closed to direct web access and opens only through an authenticated route. It never appears in search results.

Frequently asked questions
Yes — that is what it is for. The page opens in the language set when the project was created, so the recipient is not asked to choose one. There is no limit on how many people it is forwarded to.
That is what these screens were built for. One URL and password is shared with everyone involved, and each person marks selections and writes instructions on the same screen. Nobody has to translate the photographs, forward them, and relay the replies back to me. Because the display language is set per project, the screen can be prepared in the language that suits its reviewers; where an owner in Japan and a collaborating architect abroad need different languages, a screen is issued in each.
The screens currently run in Japanese, English, Chinese, Spanish, French, Arabic, German, Vietnamese, Korean and Malay. If you need a language outside that list, tell me which one and I will amend the program to accommodate it wherever possible. Captions and project texts can be prepared in the language of the submission independently of the screen.
Yes. The same URL and password can be shared, and progress is saved as you go — so a design lead and an owner can each take the part that concerns them.
Proofing defaults to 30 days (21–120), delivery to 14 days (14–60), set per project. Anything past its date is deleted automatically. Extensions can be arranged.
In three ways. Instructions are placed while looking at the photograph itself, and stay bound to that frame rather than scattering through an email thread. The screens open in ten languages, so nothing has to be translated and forwarded. And nothing passes through a third party — it runs on the studio's own server.
