撮影のあと、写真は人の手を渡っていきます。設計者が選び、施主が確かめ、編集者が受け取る。その相手が海外にいるとき、これまでは日本語の画面を訳し、転送し、返事を待つ、という往復が生まれていました。TERAKAWA Photo Office では、撮影後の写真セレクト（採用カットの確認）と写真納品の二つの画面を、当事務所独自のシステムとして構築し、10言語で運用しています。URLとパスワードを、そのままお渡しいただけます。
After the shoot, photographs pass from hand to hand — the architect selects, the owner confirms, the editor receives. When one of those hands is abroad, each pass has meant translating a Japanese screen, forwarding it, and waiting. Both the proofing screen and the delivery screen are the practice's own, built and maintained in ten languages. The URL and password can be passed on exactly as they are.
写真セレクト — Proofing
撮影後、その日のカットをオンラインでご確認いただく画面です。パスワードでお入りいただくと、写真が一覧で並びます。一枚ずつ「採用」か「見送り」を選び、直したいところがあれば、その写真の欄に書き添えます。使いたい比率が決まっていれば、写真の上で枠をドラッグして示せます。すべて終えたら「確認を完了して送信」。その瞬間、選ばれたカットと指示の一覧が、私の手元に届きます。
写真を添付し直す必要も、カット番号を書き写す必要もありません。指示は、必ずその一枚に紐づいています。メールのやり取りに散らばることがない、という一点が、往復の回数を確実に減らします。
This is where the day's frames are reviewed online. Behind a password, the images are laid out in full. Each one is marked Select or Pass; anything to be adjusted is written in the note beneath it; and where a ratio is already decided, the crop can be dragged directly onto the photograph. A single “Complete and send” brings the selection and every instruction to me together. Nothing is re-attached, nothing is transcribed — each instruction stays bound to the frame it belongs to.

トリミングはご要望として承ります。最終的な納品では、写真家の目で改めて構図を整え、最も美しい構成をご提案します。

This line appears on the screen itself. Crops are welcomed as requests; the final frame is still returned as a photograph, composed with a photographer's eye.
写真納品 — Delivery
仕上げの終わった写真は、同じ考え方の納品ページでお渡しします。ファイル転送サービスの無機質な一覧ではなく、事務所のサイトと同じ静けさのまま、写真が並びます。受け取る側に必要なのは、URL とパスワードだけ。アカウントの登録も、ソフトの導入もありません。
個別のダウンロード、全カットの一覧 PDF、全データの一括 ZIP。用途に応じて選べます。掲載候補の相談だけなら一覧 PDF を、入稿するなら該当カットだけを、といった使い分けが、受け取った側でそのままできます。
Finished photographs are handed over through a delivery page built on the same thinking — not the bare list of a file-transfer service, but the same quiet as the studio's own site. All the recipient needs is a URL and a password: no account, no software. Individual files, an index PDF of every frame, or the complete set as a single archive — whichever the moment calls for.

厳重な管理 — Handling
写真データは、Web から直接アクセスできない領域で管理し、認証を通した経路以外では開けません。検索結果にも表示されません。
Photo data is kept in a directory closed to direct web access and opens only through an authenticated route. It never appears in search results.

撮影から納品まで — Three Steps
- 撮影後、セレクト用の URL とパスワードをお送りします表示言語はこちらで指定します。海外の共同設計者や施主に、そのまま転送していただけます。A proofing URL and password, sent after the shoot — the display language is set at our end, so it can be forwarded untouched to a collaborating architect or owner abroad.
- 画面上で、採否・修正メモ・トリミングをご指定ください途中保存ができます。「確認を完了して送信」で、選定と指示が私に届きます。Select, note and crop on the screen — progress is saved as you go, and “Complete and send” delivers the selection with every instruction.
- 仕上げののち、納品ページの URL をお送りします個別ダウンロード・一覧 PDF・一括 ZIP をご利用いただけます。A delivery URL, sent once the work is finished — individual downloads, an index PDF, or the complete archive.

はい。それが本来の使い方です。プロジェクト作成時に指定した言語で画面が開くため、受け取った方が言語を選ぶ操作も要りません。転送先の人数に制限はありません。
Yes — that is what it is for. The page opens in the language set when the project was created, so the recipient is never asked to choose one, and there is no limit on how many people it reaches.
そのために作った仕組みです。同じURLとパスワードを関係者全員で共有し、それぞれが同じ画面上で採否と修正指示を書き込めます。ご担当者様が写真を訳して転送し、返ってきた意見をまとめて私に伝える、という仲介の役目は必要ありません。表示言語はプロジェクト単位で指定するため、国内の施主と海外の共同設計者が、それぞれの言語の画面で同じ一枚を見ながら判断できます。
That is what these screens were built for. One URL and password is shared with everyone involved, and each person marks selections and writes instructions on the same screen. Nobody has to translate the photographs, forward them, and relay the replies back to us. Because the language is set per project, an owner in Japan and a collaborating architect abroad can look at the same frame, each in their own language.

The screens currently run in Japanese, English, Chinese, Spanish, French, Arabic, German, Vietnamese, Korean and Malay. If you need a language outside that list, tell us which one and we will amend the program to accommodate it wherever possible. Captions and project texts can be prepared in the language of the submission independently of the screen.

Yes. The same URL and password can be shared, and progress is saved as you go — so a design lead and an owner can each take the part that concerns them.
写真セレクトは既定30日（21〜120日）、写真納品は既定14日（14〜60日）で、プロジェクトごとに設定します。期間を過ぎたものは自動的に削除されます。延長のご相談も承ります。
Proofing defaults to 30 days (21–120), delivery to 14 days (14–60), set per project. Anything past its date is deleted automatically, and extensions can be arranged.
三つあります。第一に、写真そのものを大きく見ながら指示を置けること。指示は必ずその一枚に紐づき、メールのやり取りに散らばりません。第二に、10言語で開くこと。翻訳して転送する工程が要りません。第三に、第三者のサービスを経由せず、事務所のサーバー上で完結すること。
In three ways. Instructions are placed while looking at the photograph itself, and stay bound to that frame rather than scattering through an email thread. The screens open in ten languages, so nothing has to be translated and forwarded. And nothing passes through a third party — it runs on the studio's own server.
